Last weekend I went and met the authors of the popular new cook book Our Best Bites. They were doing a book signing in Bellevue. They also have a food blog. I felt kind of silly, but it was also kind of fun. Devin even came with me.
Afterwards we went to one of the popular local restaurants, XXX Burger. We had the XXX burger and it was so big we split it! Overall, it was a fun night.
On one of the rare sunny days, we went to a small lake by our house.
Devin got some cool pictures of the water.

Oohh, looks like fun! So is that cook book any good? Just thinking I need to get better at baking....lets just say I have a hard time baking anything, even from the box. And that hamburger actually looks really good! Yum!
How did he take those water pictures? They look really cool! And I just bought the Our Best Bites cookbook about a month ago! Funny! I've tried a few things in it and love it so far!
