Bear Lake

One of the fun things we did while we were in Cokeville was head to the Idaho side of Bear Lake. You can drive right out onto the beach (which is so long!) The water is shallow for a long distance, makes it perfect for swimming and playing with kids.

The best "boat" ever

"hands, hands" He doesn't like to have dirty hands.

4 wheeling

The very first thing Grandpa Teichert did when he saw Doran was take him out to the 4 wheeler. Doran was not so sure what he thought at first. By the end of the week though, he loved it.

I decided I could get used to the small town lifestyle, hopping on a 4 wheeler to get places. Doran and I rode it to feed the baby cows and then we hoped on and went out to ride in the canoe in Grandpa's pond. Doran really liked the canoe (boat). The whole ride back home he said, "boat, boat, boat."  We didn't get any pictures there.

Boys just love 4 wheelers. This is Adam with the 3 older grandkids. Austin, Cooper, Boston

Milking the Calves + Ranch

One of the grandkids' favorite things to do in Cokeville is to go out with Grandpa to feed the sick baby calves.

Adam took the kids around the barn yard on a pony ride. Doran did not like it.

Adam even took me on a pony ride. But, there's no need to post pictures of that.

I also got to finally go ride a horse. I've been married to Devin for 5 years and still hadn't ever rode a horse. Thank you Matthew for taking me out!

Doran learned a lot of new words and new sounds. I'm grateful that he can experience life in Cokeville when we go to visit.

Fireworks in Cokeville

On the 4th of July we drove up to Cokeville. We went to a BBQ with the town. Doran enjoyed seeing the train go by, but the horn hurt his ears. He doesn't have very good luck when it comes to his ears. We did fireworks at Devin's parent's house that evening with the Clarks

The picture is blurry, but this is how we were lighting our fireworks.

Doran was fascinated with the fireworks. He didn't like the sound, but he liked the to see the bottle rockets and the sparklers.
