On Friday, Devin and I went to the Horticulture Closing Social at West Piney Lodge. It was fun to be up there with my classmates! There was a gigantic slide, and of course they fed us good!! I was awarded the "Flora Bana Award for outstanding Student in Horticulture at BYU-Idaho" for 2010. I was also given my graduates horticulture pin!
The slide was super fun! Here is a picture below, just to see how big it is The first time I just went down on my bottom. Then, I was dared to go down using a blue sled. You CRUISE going down the sled.
The second time I went down using the blue sled, I stopped only a yard away from the dropoff into the creek. Then, my friend Jayci went. she was not so lukc. Below is Jayci and I after she went too far...

Devin just laughed and laughed as Jayci went into the river. Is chivalry dead? Shouldn't have Devin put down the camera, slid down the slide and rescue your friend from the river?

That looks like so much fun! I can't believe Jayci fell in the RIVER! Brr! I'd like to come visit and go down that slide, please. :) Loved the videos!
When I saw Jayci fall in, I started running down the stairs, only you can't really run down them because you would die. Luckily Micah was smarter than me and jumped down the slide. We got there about the same time and pulled her up.

Kristie, you need to put these two movies together and send them to AFV. Between your screems, Devin's laugh, and Jayci's "I can't get out of the river", this makes for one hilarious video. Can you say, "ten thousand dollars or even one hundred thousand dollars"?
