Second Cousins

I took this picture of Audrey and Doran while at the Easter celebration and Grandma and Grandpa Hill's house. They are only a couple of days apart.

Egg Hunt 2014

Doran got to do an big Easter egg hunt with the Hill Great Grandchildren at Grandma and Grandpa Hill's house. I think it was good for him to do a hunt with so many other little kids, because it helped him catch on to the excitement, and that he was supposed to find more than just one egg. At first, he just wanted to pick up one egg, and sit down to open it. By the end, I was throwing eggs out of his bag a few feet in front of him to "find" because he liked it so much.

2014 Easter Outfit

#BecauseofHim I know that our little family will be together after death. We had a great Easter weekend. It is such a wonderful time to celebrate the Savior's resurrection and it's purpose in our lives. Here is a family picture of us on Easter

Aquarium with Shay and Brad

ShayLee and Brad were in the Seattle wedding this weekend and Doran and I got to go downtown Seattle to hang out with them. It was so good to spend time with Shay and get to know her husband Brad better.

First, we went to the aquarium. I hadn't been to the Seattle aquarium yet, it was fun.

After the aquarium, we headed over and grabbed some fish and chips from Ivars and then went to Pike's Place (of course!)

Doran and I went home and ShayLee and Brad went on an Argosy cruise, then we had them over to our house for dinner. Matt came down that weekend to go apartment shopping so he was able to see Shay too!

Hunting For Eggs at the Edde's

2 weeks before Easter, we went down to visit my family for the weekend. It was conference weekend and with all that praying, Doran got better and better at folding his arms for the prayer. It is one of the cutest things we have taught him. When the prayer is done, his version of Amen is "ahhh!"

He had a fun time playing in the tent, with Grandma's toys, and riding in the race car.

We also did a little Easter Egg hunt for him. I bought him some Easter, chocolate covered raisins to be his jelly beans and my Mom bough him some sweet gold fish.
