Kalen's Birthday

We had Kalen over for his 19th Birthday for dinner and of course (much to his dismay) CAKE!

We didn't have any candles, so we thought we'd try matches

We couldn't get all 19 lit fast enough

So, Devin put them in the middle

And Kalen blew them out

Word of advice though: Don't use matches instead of candles. It doesn't improve the taste of the cake.

Graduation Reflection: Freshman Year 2006-207

I am graduating in 12 days. I've been reflecting a lot on my college experience and so I decided to do a few posts on them (and I have senioritis and don't want to work on my homework right now).

Fall 2006

Welcome to BYU-Idaho

First day!

I took my first floral class. Haha....

Roommates

Had fun roommates! We decorated for Christmas and took Christmas Pictures

Winter 2010

Participated in my first Bridal Show (I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who's still in school)

Arrangement I made for the show.

Made new friends and went to ward parties

Had an awesome FHE Group.

End of the Semester

Recent Happenings

-For Halloween we dressed up as Shaggy and Velma from Scooby Doo, it was fun!

-My Mom came to visit. I had fun showing her around Rexburg, shopping, and learning how to make cakepops!

-This last Friday we went to the Civil Defense Caves with a group of people. We played hide and go seek with glow sticks! It was so much fun, the picture below was taken in the caves!

Cokeville for Conference

 A couple of weekends ago Devin and I went home to Cokeville for conference. It was a lot of fun because almost all of the family was there! Between me, Kalen, and Devin we were able to get some great pictures!

Devin and I went with Boston, Brynlee, and Lance up to the mountains. Its pretty in the fall:

 Despite the cold water, our nephew Boston liked playing in it.

 Our nephew Austin just turned one and Grandma/Grandpa Teichert got him a toy 4wheeler.

Vacation to Lake Powell.

Devin and I went to Lake Powell this last week with a bunch of friends. We stayed on a house boat and had a great time soaking up the sun and boating.
